Return, Warranty and Privacy Policy
All products delivered by Commitment to Keep,
Inc. (CTK) carry full one-year parts and labor warranty. The regulations
of this warranty are as follows:
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION:
All returned materials must include a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Before sending Commitment
To Keep, Inc. (CTK) a product for repair/ replacement, call our
RMA Dept. at (214) 550-1106 and request an RMA number for the product
being returned. When requesting an RMA number, you will need to
provide the following information:
1.
Invoice number and date of invoice.
2.
Serial number, part number and quantity of the product being
returned.
3.
Copy of the original invoice.
4.
Reason for return.
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS:
1.
Shipping charges are not refundable
2.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization
and a CTK RMA number.
3.
RMA numbers issued by Commitment to Keep, Inc. (CTK) are
good for ten (10) days only and product must be received by Commitment
to Keep, Inc. (CTK) within that time. RMA number cannot be extended
or re-issued.
4.
Product that is DOA (dead on arrival) or wrong product may
be returned to Commitment To Keep, Inc. (CTK) for exchange within
30 days of invoice date.
5.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of
loss on all return shipments.
6.
Please note all additional return conditions stated below,
as applicable to your return.
1) Product
that is in its original factory-sealed container may be returned
to Commitment To Keep, Inc. (CTK) within 30 days from invoice
date for credit or exchange. Please ensure that the assigned RMA
number is clearly legible on the outside of the packaging, and
enclose a copy of the original invoice and RMA form.
2)
Product that has been opened may be returned to Commitment
to Keep, Inc. (CTK) within 30 days of invoice date, although such
returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All products must
be returned in a re-seal condition. Any manuals, cables etc. that
are missing will result in rejection of the return or an additional
restocking fee.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Products proven to be defective will be replaced
with a product in good working condition, no warranty for physical
damage. After Commitment to Keep, Inc. (CTK) has received the product
for repair, if a replacement product is not available, Commitment
to Keep, Inc. (CTK) will, at its option, replace it with a new product,
upon availability of product in stock. The customer pays for freight
to Commitment to Keep, Inc. (CTK), and Commitment to Keep, Inc.
(CTK) pays for UPS ground returning to the customer. Original warranty
period remains in effect, regardless of the returned products being
repaired or replaced.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We care your privacy, so we never distribute
or share your personal information collected in the order form with
third parties. We may periodically make changes to this Privacy
Policy. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy
frequently and remain informed about any changes to it, so we encourage
you to visit this page everytime when you provide information to
us.
